Care Instructions:
- Always roll mat with top of mat side facing out. Rolling in the opposite direction can damage your mat.
- Wipe top of mat with a microfiber cloth when your workout is complete. If using a solution, apply it to the cloth first, not directly on the mat. Recommend a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap and/or vinegar & luke warm water.
- Mat is not suitable for the washing machine.
- For longevity of the mat, avoid having lotions or rings on your hands or feet.
